2. Server Log Files

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your personal data only to the extent necessary to handle your inquiry and respond to it.
If the contact is made in connection with pre-contractual measures or an existing contract, the legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
If the contact is made for other reasons, processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in handling and responding to your inquiry.
We use your email address and any other data provided by you solely for the purpose of processing your inquiry. The data will then be deleted in accordance with statutory retention periods, unless there is another legal basis for further storage.
4. Orders and Reservations
When placing orders, purchasing tickets or vouchers, or making reservations, we collect and process personal data only to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract and for handling related inquiries.
Providing the data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract. Failure to provide the data means that the contract cannot be concluded or the reservation cannot be processed. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Your data may be passed on to service providers supporting payment processing, reservation systems, IT services, hosting and technical website support, but only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose and in compliance with applicable law.
5. Data Retention Period
After the contract has been fully performed, the data will be stored for the period required by law, in particular under tax and accounting regulations, and then deleted unless there is a legal basis for further processing.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
If the legal requirements are met, you have the following rights:

- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR),
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),

If the processing of personal data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to such processing at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Once an objection has been made, the processing of the data concerned will cease unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
9. Google reCAPTCHA
We may use Google reCAPTCHA on this website, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.
This function is used to distinguish whether data is entered by a human being or by automated software. As part of this service, your IP address and other data required by Google may be transmitted.
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in protecting our website against misuse and spam.
