Terms and Conditions

for booking experiences at Kolberg Eye
Status: May 2025

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts for the purchase of tickets and vouchers for experiences at Kolberg Eye concluded between the customer and:

(hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”, “we” or “Kolberg Eye”) via the website https://kolbergeye.com or through authorized sales partners.

Bookings are processed via the external booking system SimplifyGastro.

2. Services and Conclusion of Contract

(1) The Organizer offers Ferris wheel rides and gastronomic experiences.

(2) The presentation of offers does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

(3) By completing the booking process, the customer submits a binding offer.

(4) The contract is concluded only upon receipt of the booking confirmation by email.

(5) Participation is only possible with a valid ticket or confirmed booking.

3. Prices and Payment

(1) The prices displayed at the time of booking apply.

(2) All prices include applicable VAT.

(3) Payment is made in advance using the payment methods available during booking.

Delivery:
Tickets via email
Print@Home vouchers via email
Vouchers by post (if available)

4. Validity and Redemption

(1) Tickets are valid only for the booked date.

(2) Vouchers can be redeemed online via the booking system.

(3) Redemption on-site without prior booking is not possible.

(4) Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the end of the year of purchase.

(5) If a specific experience is no longer available, an alternative can be selected.

5. Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for tickets for events with a fixed date, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Requests must be sent to: contact@kolbergeye.com

(1) Up to 16 hours before the event:
– 50% refund or
– free rescheduling

(2) Less than 16 hours or no-show:
– no refund

7. Event Cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel events due to weather conditions, technical issues or official regulations. In such cases, a new date or a voucher will be provided.

8. House Rules

Guests must follow the instructions of the staff. In case of misconduct or safety risks, exclusion without refund may occur.

9. Liability

Liability is governed by applicable statutory provisions.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data may be shared with SimplifyGastro solely for booking processing.

12. Final Provisions

The law applicable at the registered office of the Organizer shall apply, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
